855-RILAWNS Property Care Packages
All of our lawn care packages offer the following fundamental services.
- Spring Cleanup: We’ll come to your property in spring and clean up leaves, small branches, and sticks from your lawn and garden beds.
- Weekly Lawn Mowing and Maintenance: From mid-April through the first week in November, we’ll cut your grass weekly at 4″. During October, we will also bag and remove all fallen leaves to keep the lawn from getting smothered. In November or December—at the same time as your fall cleanup—we’ll cut the lawn down to 2.5” to account for some slow winter winter. At each visit, we’ll string trim the lawn edges, vertical edge around all paved surfaces, and blow everything off for a clean finish.
- Fall Cleanup: To prepare for the impending winter, we will make a final visit between early November and the middle of December. Fallen leaves and small sticks will be removed from the lawn and planting beds to protect against snow mold and other winter fungal lawn diseases. Herbaceous and non-woody perennials will be cut back to prepare for winter dormancy.
- Free: Monthly property inspection to assess your landscape’s overall health.

Minimalist Package Details
Our minimalist landscaping package is geared towards clients who don’t want to worry about their lawns, yet they don’t have extensive landscaping maintenance needs. We’ll tidy up the lawn in spring so it’s ready for the season, cut the grass weekly, and then come in and remove leaves from the property in the fall.
The minimalist landscaping package starts at $199 per month.

Our essentials landscaping care package is one step up from our minimalist program. It includes 9 hours of gardening services and free mums in the fall.

- Fall Cleanup
- General Gardening: 9 visits per year, totaling 9 hours. May include the following services, performed in the priority listed below:
- Weeding undesired, unwanted, and wild annual plants from garden beds.
- Edging existing garden beds.
- Trimming formal hedges on the property and removing debris.
- Pruning shrubs as deemed necessary by a staff horticulturist to promote optimum flowering, shape, and appeal.
- Spraying shrubs for diseases.
- Fall mums to add variety and color to your landscape

Premier Package Details
Our premier landscaping care package is our top-of-the-line landscape maintenance program. With nine additional hours of gardening services, our worry-free program provides peace of mind. Property Care Package Costs
Prices are based on lawns that are 5,000 square feet or less in size. Package pricing for larger lawns is based on square feet. Signing up for an 855-RILAWNS package saves you 5% over the cost of individual services.
To help offset the cost, you can pay in 12 fixed monthly installments.
