Upon arriving at the customers house, we were presented with a very thin, thatchy lawn.
To correct this problem we suggested a lawn renovation. This consisted of dethatching the lawn to remove dead grass and allow the living grass to breathe better. We also aerated the lawn to allow nutrients to better reach the roots since the soil was so compacted.
After a soil test, we were able to determine which nutrients the lawn was lacking. Corrective ammendments were added and the lawn was overseeded to fill in the thin areas. The dethatching and aerating we had performed earlier allowed better seed to soil contact and higher germination rates. The result: a much thicker and greener lawn.
