Job Description:
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing lawn care services, including mowing, fertilization, pest control, and other related tasks. You will work directly with our clients to ensure their lawns are healthy and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Show up on time every day prepared to work outdoors in any condition.
- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Follow instructions as set forth by the Landscape Foreman.
- Attend weekly crew meetings.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Keep trailer/equipment clean and organized.
- Put out door hangers when requested.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn & adapt.
- Extremely reliable.
- Positive attitude.
- Attention to detail (include “I pay attention to detail” at the bottom of your resume).
- Ability to follow directions.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Clean background check.
- Live local to the area.

Work Hours:
M-Th, 7:00am to 6:30pm (During busy times of the year and depending on the weather, it may be necessary/optional to work outside of these hours, including Saturdays).

STEP 2 – The Cut
Once we receive your application, we will contact via email to schedule a phone interview if we find you to be a good fit for the role. We are always marketing for all positions although we may not be hiring at that time. STEP 3 – Interview
After speaking by phone we may invite you to our office for a formal interview. You will have an opportunity to speak to your manager and be shown around the shop.
