Crew Foreman

Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

855 RI Lawns is dedicated to providing top-notch landscape services across Rhode Island. We are looking for a motivated Crew Foreman to lead our teams and ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Job Description:
The Crew Foreman will oversee daily operations, manage field technicians, and ensure all tasks are completed to company standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of lawn care practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of field technicians.
  • Schedule and coordinate daily tasks and projects.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Attend weekly crew meetings.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Keep trailer/equipment clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in lawn care is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn care or landscaping.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must have own reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Clean background check.
  • Live local to the area.

Work Hours:
M-Th, 7:00am to 6:30pm (During busy times of the year and depending on the weather, it may be necessary/optional to work outside of these hours, including Saturdays).
