Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of landscape management experience
  • Experience with landscape software is a plus.

Work Hours:

  • 7:00AM to 5:00PM M-F
  • On call until sunset
  • Occasional Saturdays during busy season
 

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Client Relations:

  • Perform regular property inspections to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our customers, performing regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
 

Administrative Excellence:

  • Track and document employee bonus qualifications.
  • Assist manager with weekly company meetings
  • Ensure timely responses to assigned tasks and phone calls.
  • Provide coverage for other roles as needed, such as crew foreman, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
 

Leadership & Management:

  • Enforce company policies.
  • Manage & oversee inventory & repairs of equipment.
  • Oversee crew performance, ensuring high-quality work, customer satisfaction, and on-budget completion.
  • Conduct employee training and reviews, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Manage subcontractors and support crews on job sites.
 

Marketing & Recruitment:

  • Implement marketing strategies such as yard signs and door hangers.
  • Provide photos/videos for social media posts.
  • Recruit top talent through job fairs, networking, and other channels.
  • Gather and promote customer reviews on various platforms.
  • Perform phone interview for new job applicants

Salary & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-70,000 (based on experience) with bonuses tied to company performance and growth, meaning that you have an opportunity to earn even more as we grow. 

Signing Bonus: A signing bonus of $2,500 will be awarded to the Production Manager upon successful completion of the first 90 days of employment. 

Profit Sharing: Transparent profit sharing program.

Once we receive your application, we will contact via email to schedule a phone interview if we find you to be a good fit for the role. We are always marketing for all positions although we may not be hiring at that time. After speaking by phone we may invite you to our office for a formal interview. You will have an opportunity to speak to your manager and be shown around the shop.
