Job Description:
The Foreman Apprentice will work closely with the Crew Foreman to learn all aspects of team management, client relations, and lawn care operations. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a Crew Foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Crew Foreman in daily operations and team management.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Perform lawn care tasks alongside field technicians.
- Learn and apply company standards and procedures.
- Communicate with clients under the supervision of the Crew Foreman.
- Attend weekly crew meetings.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Keep trailer/equipment clean and organized.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in lawn care or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Clean background check.
- Live local to the area.

Work Hours:
M-Th, 7:00am to 6:30pm (During busy times of the year and depending on the weather, it may be necessary/optional to work outside of these hours, including Saturdays).

STEP 2 – The Cut
Once we receive your application, we will contact via email to schedule a phone interview if we find you to be a good fit for the role. We are always marketing for all positions although we may not be hiring at that time. STEP 3 – Interview
After speaking by phone we may invite you to our office for a formal interview. You will have an opportunity to speak to your manager and be shown around the shop. Come prepared with questions for us. We are not interested in short term employment… we want you to be sure we are the right company for you.
STEP 4 – Offer
