The castle was in need of a new walkway that was more accessible for the handicapped and elderly. A Cut Above Lawn Care was lucky to win this bid. The goal was to create better accessibility without compromising the historical aspects of this site.
To solve this problem, we created a border using the original clay paver stones used when constructing the building. We replaced broken stones & put new ones where they were missing. We brought in and spread stonedust; once the stone dust was compacted, this made the walkway as hard as cement while still utilizing historically accurate materials.
