STEP 2 – The Cut
Once we receive your application, we will contact via email to schedule a phone interview if we find you to be a good fit for the role. We are always marketing for all positions although we may not be hiring at that time. You will be automatically signed up for our email list and when we are hiring, you will receive an email about the position.
STEP 3 – Interview
After speaking by phone we may invite you to our office for a formal interview. You will have an opportunity to speak to your manager and be shown around the shop. The interview process allows us to get to know each other. We want to know what makes you tick, what motivates you and why you think 855rilawns is the right company for you. Come prepared with questions for us. We are not interested in short term employment… we want you to be sure we are the right company for you.
STEP 4 – Offer
